Description
The Qimen Gift Tea- Hong Mao Feng is made of only whole leaf buds harvested before Qing Ming (early April) and is noted for a smooth and delicate flavor and exquisite fragrance. It is named as gift tea because it is one of the best kinds among Qimen teas and was often used as chinese national gift for foreign dignitaries. Its aroma foreshadows the sugar sweet flavor that has delicate notes of violet and honey. Gift Qimen Hong Mao Feng is toasty, chocolaty and has fruity floral flavor that are layered amongst the base of pine and malt. The body is rich and full without any sharp edges.
